Over the past 3 1/2 years, I’ve had some plumbing issues in my 1870s home. The first two plumbers I had working here were very expensive and difficult to get here in a timely fashion. A friend recommended Scott LaFlamme and his son, Sam. I’m so very pleased. Scott returns my calls quickly and his fees are both affordable and fair.

Just moved to the area and I needed a plumber to replace 3 toilets. Scott was the only one of several I called to actually get back to me promptly and for a fair price. I’m glad I found him. He took the time to understand my needs and quoted me over the phone. Sam came out a few days later to replace the toilets at a very reasonable price. He was super nice, showed up on time, and communicated with me during the entire process. Looking forward to having them out again soon to replace the kitchen sink.

Five ⭐ is not enough! In the time that consumers have to beg companies to do the work, it is refreshing to see that honest, reliable, and professional companies still exists. The Father and Son team, take care of business without a fuss or an outrageous estimate. They repaired our kitchen sink drain, with a leak in between the cabinets, the floors, and the crawlspace. They replaced all the pipes need it at a reasonable price. We have told everyone we know, how good they are.

Had a great experience today. I had a list of items that need to be fixed, they were all looked at and most fixed if possible, others were diagnosed. They were fast and professional, I would highly recommend them and will be calling them again in the future.

We woke up this morning only to find that there was a significant active water leak coming from the ceiling in our den. We couldn’t find the source of the leak. Everything under and around the leak was soaked. I turned off the water in the house and in a kind of a panic, I called Scott who had done work for us a few times in the past. He got back to me immediately and within 45 minutes, he was at the house. He had to search for the leak, but he found it and fixed it. I really don’t know what we would have done if he didn’t come so quickly. I know he had other jobs lined up for the day, but somehow he made time to help us. I am very grateful!

We had a replacement of a 50y/o system in our Victorian. I cannot say enough nice things about Scott Laflamme and his crew. Professional is only a start. They are helpful, thorough and answer whatever questions there may be. For me, the most important part is that there’s no ‘We need to explain to your husband” when my wife is around for the repair. FIVE/FIVE Stars …. We have worked with plumbers for many years and they are at the top of my list.

Have had Scott and Sam perform work a couple of times. They are awesome! Responsive to calls, excellent work, clean and affordable. So happy to have found them. They are definitely my ‘go to’ guys now for all my plumbing and heating needs. Very pleasant and helpful too, which is an added bonus! I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Laflamme Plumbing and Heating. They recently completed a couple of small jobs for me. They were very nice and made certain to explain what the issues were. The charges were incredibly reasonable. These days it can be difficult to get a contractor to show up for a small job. They had no problem in helping me. Their communication was excellent, cleaned up when they were done. They have earned all of my future plumbing and heating needs!

We have used Laflamme Plumbing & Heating LLC at Cafemantic for our many expansions over the last five years. Commercial installations need to be tough and withstand constant wear and tear. Their works meets those needs everytime. They do what say, say what they do, are on time and on budget. Recommend them highly.

Well pump died and the boys came out that evening and pulled the pump up and measures the depth of my well. The next morning we had water by 10am. Scott and Sam were very knowledgeable and helpful.
